Reinstall your (and any other MIDI packs). This will create a brand new, fresh Midi folder in the correct location.
Once removed, click to trigger a clean, fresh installation of the MIDI library files. Check for the presence of folders like Grooves , Fills , Songwriting , etc., and .mid files inside.
If this fixes the issue, permanently set this permission by right-clicking the icon, selecting , navigating to the Compatibility tab, checking Run this program as an administrator , and clicking Apply . 4. Reset the Database and Force a Rescan ezdrummer 3 no midi library found new
A common cause on Windows is that the MidiPath registry key is pointing to an invalid folder. This is often due to a prior installation of EZdrummer 2 or Superior Drummer. Toontrack developer Olof Hermansson shared a specific fix for this:
If the paths in the software won't update, you may need to clear the registry entry so EZdrummer can re-prompt for the location. Open (Run as Administrator). Reinstall your (and any other MIDI packs)
If none of the above steps work, a fresh install will resolve any corrupted database files. Open Toontrack Product Manager and EZdrummer 3.
