StarCraft II saves variable data and configuration settings in your Windows Documents folder. If Microsoft OneDrive is actively syncing this folder to the cloud, it locks the files, preventing StarCraft II from reading them.
Look for Agent.exe or Battle.net Update Agent . Select them and click . Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box. Type C:\ProgramData\ and press Enter . Locate the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders.
Corrupted cache files will cause the launcher to hang indefinitely while trying to verify game data. Deleting this folder forces Battle.net to rebuild fresh, clean files. Press to open the Run dialog box. Type C:\ProgramData\ into the field and hit Enter . Locate the folder named Blizzard Entertainment . Right-click it and select Delete . If you have tried everything—administrator mode, cache deletion, Scan and Repair, antivirus exclusions, and page file tweaks—and the screen still hangs, you need to perform a clean slate reinstall.
